Jaime is a nurturer by nature and all her practices focus on healing naturally. Nurturing Naturally by Jaime Schrack is a wholistic practise, that incorporates yoga, bodywork, and a farm-to-door food service. In her menus, you will find plant-based, organic, sophisticated foods prepared with all the locally grown ingredients she can find. And by local, we mean Oahu, Hawaii! Jaime's idea of nurturing the planet and people is inspiring and, we can also say, delicious.
If only more people would find healing through yoga practice, bodywork, and amazingly tasty plant-based/ locally grown food.
